Acorn Squash

2 medium acorn squash                                                                      1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons butter or margarine                                                       3/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons flour                                                                            1/8 teaspoon black pepper

3/4 cup orange juice                                                                         1/2 cup halved, seedless green grapes

3 tablespoons lemon juice 

Makes 4 servings:

Cut squash lengthwise in half; scoop out seeds.  Place squash, cut sides down, in a shallow baking dish.  Pour in 1/2 inch hot water.  Bake at 375 deg. for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.  In a small saucepan, melt butter.  Blend in flour until smooth.  Stirring constantly, add orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.  Cook until bubbly and thick.  Add grapes; heat through.  To serve, spoon sauce over squash.
