| Dough: Sauce:
1 1/2 Tbls. dry yeast 1 8 Ounce Can Tomato Sauce
3 Tbls. sugar 1 Tspn. Dry Oregano
1 1/2 Tspns. salt 1/2 Tspn. Dry Basil
1 1/2 Tbls. dry milk 2 cloves Garlic, peeled and minced
1 cup Warm tap water (110 - 115 deg.) Combine and let sit for 1 hour.
2 Tbls. Vegetable oil (for dough) Ingredients:
3 Oz. Vegetable oil (for pan) Butter flavored Pam Pepperoni or Ham
3 cups all purpose flour Vegetables
Top with 3 Oz. mozzarella cheese
Put yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk in a large bowl. Add water and stir until well mixed. Allow to sit for at least two minutes. Add oil and stir again. Add flour and stir until dough forms and flour is absorbed. Turn out on a flat surface and knead for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Divide dough into two balls. In two 9" flat pans, put Pam in each making sure to spread evenly. Using a rolling pin, roll dough out each dough ball to about a 9" circle. Place in pans. Spray the outer edge of dough with Pam. Cover with a plate. Place in a warm place and allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
2. When the dough has finished rising, spoon 1/2 cup sauce over dough and spread to 1/2 " of edge.
3. Lay the mozzarella cheese on sauce.
4. Place toppings of your choice.
5. Cook until cheese is bubbling and outer edge is brown.
