A sport for all

Bowling is a great sport for all ages.  It only requires moderate exercise, a sort of rhythmic work out.  You might say it keeps the blood flowing.   If your a league bowler you already know that most bowlers are devoted, friendly and become a part of your family.  I started bowling while in the military in the early 1960's.  Threw a full finger straight ball but almost always hit near the pocket area.  Later on went to a semi-finger tip ball and when I mastered that went to a full finger tip.  Each year I would improve my bowling average about 5 pins.  That is until I reached the 180 average.  That's where I seem to balance out my average.  What's good about this sport is that bowling keeps you motivated to improve your game.
